I've sent everything they have requested on the further verifications, Now over 4wks later and account not fully verified, cash fell back into account so withdrew again, put a complaint in and told this could take a further 2wks? Thank you, its been 5 weeks now and still no response, except telling me once verified they would look into my complaint! That was reason of complaint, the time its taking, one step forward, 2 steps back.
